CBD Benefits

CBD is cannabidiol, and it's found naturally in hemp plants.  They are also found in many other plants too.  It is one of over a hundred types of phytocannabinoids found in hemp plants.  CBD is a plant-based way to support your daily well-being.  One of its many researched benefits include helping you manage your stress and anxiety, and that is something we all suffer from to a certain degree.

Just a Few Benefits of CBD

Non-intoxicating
Can help you with stress & anxiety, inflammation, epilepsy, arthritis, skin disorders, etc.
It's about 40% of the natural plant extract
Available in different types (Oil, edibles, pills, topicals, etc.)

Will CBD Get Me High?

CBD is non-intoxicating meaning that it will not get you high.  The 2018 Farm Bill defines Hemp as having a concentration lower than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis. In most cases, this small amount of THC is not enough to cause a high.

THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the most prevalent cannabinoid, is the cannabis compound that causes a high.  If you need help choosing the right products for you, just give us a call or send us a message.  We'll be more than happy to help you.

How Should I Take CBD?

You have probably heard of CBD Oils, or CBD Hemp Oil, or CBD Tinctures.  These are very popular and have become popular because they are absorbed in the mouth (sub-lingual or under the tongue) and take effect rather quickly.  There are several other ways to get you CBD dose.

CBD Tincture or Oils

As we have mentioned above, these are very popular and have become popular because they are absorbed in the mouth (sub-lingual or under the tongue) and take effect rather quickly.  They can be purchased in different strengths and different flavors, and they also come in broad spectrum or full spectrum.
Choose Broad spectrum - if you want as much benefits from the hemp plant without worrying or consuming THC.  There is virtually no THC, it has been reduced to non-detectable levels.
Choose Full spectrum - if you want to experience the most complete effect of the hemp plant since no cannabinoids are excluded, there is minimal processing, and you are ok with up to 0.3% THC.

CBD Capsules (pills) or Softgels

Many people prefer to take their vitamins and supplements in a pill form.  For those that do you can also take your daily CBD does in either capsules or soft gels.

CBD Topicals or Creams

Many CBD Topicals combine CBD and other natural remedies to target specific needs.  A couple of the areas CBD topicals target is pain relief and arthritis.  You can purchase CBD topicals specifically targeted with other remedies and botanicals to sooth arthritis pain.  The same is true for pain relief such as muscle, joints, backache, and more.
CBD Topicals or Creams

CBD Edibles

This is a delicious and satisfying way to get your daily CBD dose.  CBD edibles come if different ways.  You can find CBD gummies, CBD chocolates, CBD coffee, cookies, and many more keep popping up.  Like the CBD capsules and CBD oils, you can find CBD edibles that target a specific symptom you're looking for help with such as CBD gummies that can help you with sleep disorders, maintaining energy, focus, and more.
